Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send through our project enquiry, lead, and website-audit forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, company, website URL, service interest, budget, timeline, and project message. Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, regulated records, or personal information that is not needed for an initial conversation.
The site also records a limited visit count so we can understand general usage. A session flag prevents the same browser session from being counted repeatedly. When the hosted analytics service is unavailable, this count and form drafts may be stored only in your browser’s local storage.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, understand the requested work, prepare recommendations or estimates, provide agreed services, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information. We do not use an initial project enquiry to make an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Only people and service providers who need the information to operate the website, communications, or an agreed engagement should access it. Those providers may include website hosting, database, email, and communication services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy commitments as well as our service configuration.
Retention, security, and international access
We retain enquiry information only while it is reasonably useful for responding, delivering services, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, or maintaining legitimate business records. Retention can vary with the nature of the request and any resulting client agreement. Browser-local information can be removed through your browser settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Wizora Studio operates from Block 17, Federal B Area, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan and serves clients internationally, so information may be accessed or processed in countries whose data-protection rules differ from yours.
Your choices and contact
You may ask whether we hold information about you and request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain.
